Rosun are Bhorta / Garlic Bharta ๐Ÿง„ This Bengali speciality is SO SOOO GOOD. Made from the simplest of ingredients, it is made in just 10-15 mins & tastes extremely comforting ๐Ÿ˜ Recipe: - in a pan heat mustard oil then fry 4 chillies in it, then add 5-6 garlic cloves & 1 medium onion sliced & in that oil - once done mash it up with some salt & lemon juice & chopped coriander (1/4 cup coriander) - pair with some hot rice & enjoy!!
