Cut your potatoes into small cubes, and your onions into strips.

In a bowl, mix together your garam masala, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, soy sauce, mayonnaise, barbeque sauce, and sriracha.

Add your oil to a pot on medium high heat.

Add potatoes and onions followed by salt, and pepper, and let them cook for a bit.

Once your potatoes and onions have cooked a bit, add in cooking cream followed by your sauce. Cook until your onions are golden brown.
