Instructions
Step 1
Wash sabudana two to three times. Soak the sabudana in enough water for 6 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Drain excess water.
Step 3
Let’s check sabudana is soaked properly or not.
Step 4
Dry roast peanuts, peel off the skin and grind coarsely.
Step 5
Wash and chop green chilies.
Step 6
Peel the boiled potato and cut into cubes.
Step 7
Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once it hot, add cumin seeds, let them sizzle.
Step 8
Add curry leaves, chopped green chilies and saute for few minutes.
Step 9
Add Potato cubes saute for another few minutes.
Step 10
Add soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts saute for 4-5 minutes, stirring well.
Step 11
Add salt, lime juice and sugar mix well.
Step 12
Remove from heat. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Step 13
Serve hot.
