Instructions
Step 1
Half then slice the Potatoes into wedges and dunk in a bath of nice water for 7 minutes .
Step 2
Add a layer of oil to a baking dish and put in the oven at 210 c / fan 420 f to pre heat
salt1 tsp
white pepper¾ tsp
garlic powder1 tsp
onion powder1 tsp
paprika1 Tbsp
italian herbs1 Tbsp
Step 3
Strain then pat dry the potatoes then add to a large bowl with salt white pepper black pepper garlic powder onion powder paprika and Italian herbs then add a drizzle of olive oil and toss to combine . Place in the hot oiled tray carefully then bake for 25 minutes at 20 c fan setting and flip and bake another 15 minutes
Step 4
Carefully remove potatoes from oven drain on paper towels and toss in the Parmesan . Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy
