Instructions

Step 1
Mix beef, egg, Worcestershire, beefy soup mix, and bread crumbs
Step 2
Separate into four patties
Step 3
Cook patties in large sauce pan over medium high heat on each side for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat
Step 4
Melt butter (add a splash of olive oil if desired) over medium low heat then wisk equal parts flour to create a roux.
Step 5
Mix in 1 cup of beef stock, stir then pour in remaining stock
Step 6
Add in soup mix and mushrooms
Step 7
Once Gravy is bubbling, place patties back into Gravy and reduce heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes
