Instructions
Step 1
Put onion in pan and when onion is brown. Add the capsicum in the pan

Step 2
After capsicum is cooked, add mince in the middle of the pan. Then add the seasoning on the mince



Step 3
Mix mince until cooked. Leaving the side ingredients out of the way
Step 4
After mince is cooked. Add garlic cloves. Mix all the ingredients together in the pan.

Step 5
Optional: add mozzarella or any cream cheese on top of the food in the pan

Cook pasta according to the package instructions

Drain pasta and leave some pasta water
Step 8
After pasta is cooked. Add some pasta water into the pan for the flavour


Step 9
Add pasta into the pan and mix the ingredients all together
