250 gmsCabbage

1 ½ cupCoconut Milk

½ tspSalt

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok
Step 2
Add Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon Sticks
Step 3
Add onions and stir fry until translucent
Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste and stir
Step 5
Add the powders (chilly, turmeric, varan masala, cumin, coriander) and stir on medium flame
Step 6
Add thinly sliced tomatoes and mix well and cook until it is mushy.
Step 7
Add green chilly and curry leaves, and give a quick stir
Step 8
Add chopped cabbage and mix well until everything is blended well
Step 9
Add salt as required.
Step 10
Add coconut milk and mix well
Step 11
Lower the flame from medium.
Step 12
Cover and cook the mix for about 5 to 10 mins (or until it turns into a creamy consistency). Stir well occasionally.
Step 13
Garnish with coriander leaves
