This is the best Japanese ramen hack I have ever tried - if you would like to elevate boring instant ramen noodle package to another level, this is definitely worth a try.

Instructions

Step 1
Crack an egg in a deep soup bowl, add in butter, mayonnaise, minced garlic and ginger, the seasoning sauce and spices inside ramen package that you buy from store, mix well with chopsticks until fully combined (it should be wet and mucus-y looking).
Step 2
Prepare a pot of boiling water, transfer roughly 1.5 cups of boiling water into sauce bowl to dissolve the butter and sauce, stir well with chopsticks or a spoon until broth is smooth. In the pot, cook the ramen from ramen package(SAMYANG spicy chicken is preferred) like you normally do for 7 minutes or so, transfer cooked ramen noodles into soup bowl filled with stock.
Step 3
Garnish with chopped scallion (you may also add cooked leafy vegetables and hardboiled egg/roast beef/sliced turkey to the bowl) and serve warm.
