Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then transfer to cold water and peel.
Step 2
Mash the peeled eggs with salt and black pepper until evenly crumbled.

Add Japanese mayonnaise and honey, mix until combined.

Trim crusts from white bread slices (optional).
Step 5
Spread butter on one side of bread and Japanese karashi mustard on the other.

Spread the egg filling on one slice of bread.
