Step 1
Add 1/4 tsp salt to cereal and mix.

Step 2
Coat seafood tofu with tempura flour. Deep fry until golden brown.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, melt butter. Add garlic, curry leaves and chili padi. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add cereal, stir and mix well (turn heat to low). Add seafood tofu and stir to combine.
