Instructions

First Marination

Step 1
Make deep gashes on the chicken legs with skin and rub salt all over.
Step 2
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the excess liquid and let the chicken legs dry before the second marination.

Second Marination

In a bowl, combine yogurt, double cream, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, dried fenugreek leaves, white pepper powder, chaat masala, black salt, mustard oil, and lemon juice. Mix well
Step 5
Pour the mixture over the chicken legs and rub it all over.
Step 6
Give smoke from live charcoal for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Marinate for 2-3 hours.
Step 8
Place the chicken legs on a baking tray and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with green chutney or raita.
