Instructions

Step 1
Beat the chicken breasts down until they're soft and flat (between layers of strangers wrap with a pan)
Step 2
Season them , I using sauce simply slather them
Step 3
Dip them in to the flour then the egg and lastly the panko
Step 4
Heat about 400-500 ml of oil in a pan
Step 5
Place them inside , laying them down towards the side opposite to you (to avoid the oil splatter burning you )
Step 6
Once you see the skin has browned in the bottom (3-4 min) turn them around and leave them that way until you reach the desired textured
Step 7
Remove them and let them cool
