1 cupcucumber
diced
salt
to taste
1 cupfrozen edamame beans
¼ cupcelery
diced
2green onions
sliced
¼ cupred onion
diced
1 cupcabbage
shredded, or bagged coleslaw mix
¼ cupred pepper
diced
2 tbspsrice wine vinegar
2 tbspslight soya sauce
or tamari
1 tspsesame oil
2 tspsmaple syrup
2 tbspstoasted sesame seeds
¼ tspred pepper flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the vegetables together then mix the dressing together and toss. Refrigerate for several hours or even a couple of days. Garnish with more sesame seeds.
