Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the batch 1 ingredients and set it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Put the batch 2 ingredients in a mixer and grind them into a paste without adding water. Add the ground paste to the chicken and mix it properly. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a grill pan and drizzle some oil on it. Take the chicken pieces out of the marinade, removing any excess paste, and place them on the grill pan. Grill the chicken on both sides for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Keep the remaining paste/gravy aside. In a different pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the batch 3 ingredients for a minute. Add the remaining gravy and 4-5 spoons of water, then bring it to a boil.
Step 5
Once it boils, add the grilled chicken and slow cook for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 6
Your dish is now ready to eat.
