Instructions

Step 1
Add the tomato paste, harissa and pepper to the cous cous, then cook according to packet.

Chop the peppers. Deseed and chop tomatoes. Finely slice the fresh herbs

Gently toast the walnuts, then round chop and add to cous cous along with the pomegranate seeds
