Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, melted butter, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and baking powder until well combined.

Step 3
Pour the egg wash onto a plate. Individually dip 3 rice paper sheets into the egg wash and lay them on top of each other.

Cut all 3 layers of the rice paper to form a triangle in the middle.
Step 5
Place one side of the cut rice paper vertically on the triangle rice paper.
Step 6
Place the other cut rice paper piece horizontally along the long end of the triangle-shaped rice paper.
Step 7
Roll the rice paper towards the tip of the triangle to form a croissant shape.
Step 8
Place the rice paper croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 9
Generously sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the rice paper croissants (1 tbsp per croissant).

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until they are golden and puffy.
