Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onions begin to become translucent.
Step 3
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, crumbling while doing so.
Step 4
Add the taco seasoning and stir until all of the meat is coated.
Step 5
Add the cream cheese and stir until it has melted. Add the salsa and shredded cheddar, stir to combine, and turn the heat down to low. Simmer until thickened slightly.
Step 6
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and press the wonton wrappers into 18 muffin cups. Bake for 6-8 minutes until just browned. Remove from the oven.
Step 7
Divide taco mixture between each of the cups and sprinkle tops with cheese. Bake for 2 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Top with a dollop of sour cream and some green onions.
