Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or your airfryer and cook your Schnitzel.
2. Cube your carrots and onions. Add your olive oil to a medium sized pot over a high heat. Toss through your carrots and onions. Allow to saute on a medium to low heat.
3. Once vegetables are tender, pour in your water, bring to the boil and bring down to a simmer and add your curry cubes.
4. Stir until all the cubes are dissolved
5. While your sauce is simmering, steam your green beans and prepare your rice.
6. Serve your Curry over rice and top with your
schnitzels. Serve with your beans as a side.
