Instructions
Step 1
Can add seeds if you wish (I added chia as that’s all I had but I think the smaller the seeds the better. )
Put all in food processor in order of ingredients listed added one ingredient each time it’s blended. Roll out between two sheets of baking paper Brush with olive oil and grate parmasen ontop. Throw a little sea salt on top.
Cut into sizes you want and prick with a fork all over.
Bake in oven 180degrees Recipe said 30 minutes but my oven deffinatly was max 18-20 minutes on 170 fan bake. Once edges start to brown they are done keep a close close eye in second half of baking Crackers should be firm if they flex in your hand they’re not cooked enough. Leave too cool
