Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes, cook on boiling water for 15 minutes. While waiting, start preparing meat by sauteeing onion then let cool, grinding beef, salt, sugar and beef stock until sticky. Add the rest ingredients then let them rest in fridge
Step 2
Rinse potatoes with cold water then peel and mash using strainer. Cook on low heat with salt, milk and butter until soft
Step 3
Prepare gravy by sauteeing onion until fragrant then add garlic. Then add flour and butter, cook until start bubbling. Add water and beef powder, cook until start thickening a bit then add cream. Let cool and put to blender for smoother texture
Step 4
Prepare meatballs by coating hand and spoon with water and tray with oil. Shape into balls then put to tray. Cook with a bit of oil until it starts browning.
Step 5
For immediate consuming, add the gravy to the meatball pan, cook until bubbling and thicken
