1 Tbsptomato paste
30mlwhite wine
80mlheavy cream

Rice
Step 1
Cook the rice according packing instructions.
Chicken
Step 2
Slice the chicken.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2min. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Fry for another 2-3min and remove the chicken from the pan.
Mushroom sauce
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms. Dice the onion and chop the garlic.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium and add the onion. Fry for about 2min until translucent. Then add the garlic and mushrooms. Fry for another 3min until the mushrooms have shrunk completely in size. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Now add the tomato paste and stir well. Then add the white wine and let reduce for about 2min.
Step 7
Pure in the heavy cream and add the chicken again. Reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer for 10min.

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the blackberry jam.
Step 9
Then top it with the rice and mushroom sauce.
Step 10
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
