450 gmCanned Tuna Chunks

2eggs

2 Tbspoil

¼ tspWhole Mustard Seeds

¼ tspfenugreek seeds

6 clovesGarlic
finely chopped

6Green chilli
finely chopped

3Shallots
thinly sliced

1Onion
big, thinly sliced

2 Tbspginger garlic paste

salt
as needed

½ tspgaram masala powder

¼ tspturmeric powder

1 tspchilli powder

¾ tspCoriander Powder

1tomato
medium, finely chopped

2 stringsCurry leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the water from tuna can and set the chunks aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard and saute until they scatter completely.
Step 3
Add fenugreek and saute for about two or three seconds
Step 4
Add chopped garlic, chillies and curry leaves, and saute for another few seconds.
Step 5
Add the sliced shallots and onion. Cook until they're a bit mushy
Step 6
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
Step 7
Add a pinch of salt and the powders. Mix them really well
Step 8
Add the chopped tomatoes to the mixture and mix it really well until everything turns really soft and mushy
Step 9
Add the tuna chunks to the mixture and mix them really well. Break the chunks even smaller if needed. Cover and cook for three or four mins with occasional stirring.
Step 10
Break the eggs to this mixture and sprinkle some pepper and salt as required for taste.
Step 11
Mix it really well so that everything blends in well.
Step 12
Cover and cook for another two or three minutes with occasional stirring.
Step 13
Garnish with some curry leaves
