Ingredients

3 ¼ cupsall-purpose flour
1 ½ tspsalt
1 ½ tspsugar
1 ½ tspyeast
¼ cupsunflower seeds
¼ cuppumkin seeds
¼ cupseseme seeds
1 ½ cupswater
luke warm
2 tblsoil
Instructions
Step 1
Place sugar, yeast and warm water into a bowl. Let sit for 2 mins
Step 2
Place flour and salt and 1 tbls oil into a separate bowl
Step 3
Combin the two bowls of mixture and mix.
Step 4
Once combined, tip mixture onto a lightly floured bench and kneed for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Use the leftover tbls of oil to oil the bowl and place dough back into the oiled bowl. Place gladwrap over the bowl.
Step 6
Let sit and rise for 1 ½ hrs
Step 7
Greese a bread tin and sit to the side. Tip dough onto a floured bench and kneed for 2 minutes. Roll into a tin shape. Place dough into the greesed bread tin and place the gladwrap back over the top. Let dough rise again for 45mins
Step 8
Cook dough for 45 mins at 165°c
Step 9
Let bread cool for 5 minutes before moving to bread rack
