Instructions
Step 1
In the mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, active dry yeast, salt, sugar.






Step 2
Add lukewarm water and olive 🫒 oil. Mix vigorously all together until smooth and combined. Cover and leave for 20 mins to rest.



Step 3
After 20 mins, fold with the spatula or greased hands from the edges to the center, cover and leave to double in size for 1 hour


Step 4
After second rise, fold (the way it's showed in the video) and transfer to the greased baking pan. Cover, leave to rise for 20-30 mins (it depends on room temperature).



Step 5
Preheat the oven. Using oiled fingers, make rows of evenly spaced dimples over the surface of the dough and press the tomatoes, sprinkle with the Italian herb mix.






Step 6
Bake for 20-30 mins or until golden at 220°C (425°F)
