117gsalmon fillets
smoked skinless

117ghaddock skinless fillets
smoked

25gshredded cheese

1spring onion
sliced

0.5leek
large, sliced and softened

0.5 handfulfrozen peas

1 tubmashed potato
microwavable

1 packparsley sauce
microwaved

dill
finely chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius fan forced
Step 2
Chop the fish into 1 inch cubed chunks and place in ovenproof dish
Step 3
Thinly slice the leek and add to the dish
Step 4
Microwave the mashed potato according to instructions and add to the dish
Step 5
Microwave the parsley sauce and add to the dish
Step 6
Throw in the peas and dill and then stir all the ingredients together
Step 7
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and then bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling
