Instructions

Step 1
Mix together corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper, and combine.

Step 2
Dice the chicken into 1 inch cubes and mix into the mixed coating until all pieces are fully coated.

Lightly spray chicken with oil and air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, until fully cooked.

Step 4
Rinse rice in a mesh strainer under cold water for 2 minutes, then combine with 420 g water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and let sit another 10 minutes to cook rice.

Place all sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat until it begins to bubble, and simmer until it is slightly thickened, but still fluid enough to move around the pan.

Step 6
Mix the chicken into the pan, toss to coat, and serve over steamed rice, or on its own. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
