Chickpea Tuna Salad

Great for sandwiches, wraps, or on it's own as a salad

Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas, then put in a bowl and mash.
Step 2
Chop celery into small pieces and add to the chickpea bowl.
Step 3
Cook/add peas if desired
Step 4
Add mayo until desired consistency (start with 1/2 cup and go from there)
Step 5
Add dill or other toppings if desired as well
Step 6
Place on bread or in tortillas for a wrap or enjoy on it's own
