Can be any steak, but i prefer ribeye. Make sure to cook just one at a time in a large cast iron pan.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 410F
Step 2
Bring steak to room temperature
Step 3
Heat up a cast iron pan to "screaming hot"
Step 4
Add some olive oil to the pan if the steak is not fatty enough on its own
Step 5
Season the steak on all sides, including the edges
Step 6
Put steak in the pan and don't touch it for 5 minutes
Step 7
flip over for 5 minutes
Step 8
Sear all edges holding the steak with tongs
Step 9
Put pan in the oven for 12-15 minutes
Step 10
Put on the plate to rest for 10 minutes
