Step 1
1. Dice onion, garlic and chop zucchini and spinach 2. Fry off onion and garlic before adding zucchini and cooking until soft 3. Add spinach and wilt before adding passata and seasonings and letting simmer 4. Cook ravioli according to instructions 5. Mix together ricotta and half of both cheeses before mixing in ravioli and sauce 6. Put in baking dish and top with remaining cheese
7. Bake in preheated oven covered with foil for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes
