1rib eye steak
1pear
1spring onion
2cloves garlic
0.5onion
10gginger
2 Tbspsoy sauce
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
2 tspbrown sugar
1 Tbspsesame oil
Bulgogi beef noodles
Instructions
Bulgogi Beef
Step 1
Cut the steak into very thin slices (approx. 2 mm thick)
Step 2
Roughly chop the vegetables, fruit and ginger and then puree.
Step 3
Add the spices, soy sauce, sesame oil and meat and stir to combine.
Step 4
Leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Bulgogi Beef noodles
Step 5
Cut the bell pepper, carrot and spring onion into thin slices.
Step 6
Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a wok and set to a high heat. Add the vegetables and fry for approx. 2 mins. until golden brown. Then remove the vegetables.
Step 7
Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan and heat up. Then add the meat and gochujang paste and fry for approx. 2-3 mins.
Step 8
In the meantime, cook the udon noodles.
Step 9
Finally, add the fried vegetables, udon noodles, soy sauce and spring onion to the meat and stir to combine. Enjoy!
