Instructions
Step 1
Put noodles in warm water for 20 minutes
Step 2
Mix ingredients for meat marinade then mix in choice of meat and set aside
Step 3
Chop up all the vegetables
Step 4
Stir fry marinaded beef until brown, then add in all vegetables. When adding the spinach to the fry pan, cover with lid for 30 sec to a minute, mix then add to a separate bowl
Step 5
In same fry pan, add noodle marinade ingredients and mix before adding in soaked (drained) noodles. Cover with lid for about 1-2 minutes, mix and add all the veggies to the pan
