chopped in to small blocks
1sweet green pepper
chopped in to small blocks
2tomatoes
long, chopped in to small blocks

chopped in to mid blocks
Spice & Sauces
Garlic and hurb spice
masala spice
1 blockebeef stox
Braai mix salt
15mlchutney sauce
30mltomato sauce
30mlsweet chili sauce
½ cupwater
2 cupwater
olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Add ingredients to a pan that has been headed up
And add olive oil to the pan and fry ingredients till hlaf brown
Step 2
Add your lean mince & fry/braai till cooked & brown
Step 3
Add chopped up tomatos
Step 4
Add your spices & sauce
Garlic and hurb spice
beef stox1 blocke
Braai mix salt
chutney sauce15ml
Step 5
Add water to your pan and stur through
Step 6
Add your potatos to the pan & s cups of water & put a lid on the pan
Step 7
Wait till water has cooked down so your mince is not runny
