Instructions

Step 1
In a pan heat some oil and add 2 eggs. Add some salt and pepper, and scramble them really well until cooked.
Step 2
Cook 2 cups of rice in required amount of oil and set aside.
Step 3
Add chopped ginger, garlic, spring onions, sesame seeds and chilly flakes to a bowl
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and add oil to the above mix. Let it sizzle nicely for five seconds and then mix them really well.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice to the scrambled eggs. Then add the sizzled mixture to the same. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce and vinegar to this and mix them well
Step 6
Garnish with some Spring Onion and sesame seeds and then serve hot
