Instructions
Step 1
Scramble eggs, then fry until light and fluffy and slightly under cooked and are large chunks (will finish cooking as they rest and on final fry). Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil, fry minced garlic and scallion until fragrant. Add bean sprouts and fry until soft.
Add sauce ingredients and fry for 1-2 minutes on high heat until mixed and fragrant. Serve.
