Step 1
Quarter the tomatoes and onions then add to a roasting dish with roughly chopped peppers whole garlic cloves and half of the basil then add salt black pepper and red pepper flakes and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 235 c 450 f for 45 minutes

Add to a blender with the juices the vegetable broth cream ( use normal if you are not vegan) and the rest of the basil and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy .
