Step 1
Brown ground beef. Cook with onion and zucchini. Season to taste using salt, pepper, garlic, and any other seasoning of choice. Add one small can of Rotel tomatoes with juice. Season mixture with 1 to 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning. While browning hamburger and cooking vegetables, prepare pasta according to package instructions and preference. Drain and return to the pot. Add beef and vegetable mixture to pasta and gently stir until coated.
