cooked 2:1 style, preferably day before

14 gmoil

100 gmwhite onion
small cubes

150 gmcarrots
small cubes

100 gmbacon
small cubes

150 gmfrozen peas

140 gmfrozen corn
SAUCE
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice and refrigerate.
Step 2
Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Step 3
Heat oil in the large frying on the back burner. Cook onion until hints of brown edges form.
Step 4
Add carrot and cook until just starting to soften.
Step 5
Add bacon, peas, and corn and cook until hot.
Step 6
Add sauce and thoroughly stir through, then add rice. Cook until very hot and very well combined.
