Instructions

Step 1
1. Blend yogurt, cilantro, pepper, salt, and juice of one lime together until desired consistency is reached. Add olive oil to thin the mixture and chill.

2. Slice chicken breasts down the middle and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add thinly sliced romaine lettuce to medium sized bowl. Add diced avocado, tomato, mango, roasted corn, black beans, red onion, and feta.
Step 4
4. Mix throughly and add sliced chicken overtop. Season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with lime cilantro dressing and enjoy!
