15 oztomato sauce

12 ozTomato paste

4 tablespoonsolive oil

minced garlic

ground pepper

Step 1
In a bowl, add 6 oz of tomato paste to tomato sauce. Add 12 oz for extra thick sauce.

Mix tomato sauce and paste until fully combined.

Add olive oil and mix into sauce

Add oregano, basil, pepper, and garlic to taste. Add a pinch of salt and mix.

Set pizza sauce aside. The earlier the sauce is made, the better it will taste. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator until pizza is ready.
For the cheese

Shred a block of modserlla cheese. Shredding your own cheese is highly recommended to ensure cheese will melt properly.

For the dough
Step 7
In a bread maker, add flour, water, olive oil, yeast, and salt.

Use your bread makers dough setting to make dough.
For the pizza

Once the dough is ready, heat oven to 400⁰ F, sprinkle flour on pizza pan, and spread the dough out on the pan.

Step 10
Spread pizza sauce on pizza.
Step 11
Sprinkle cheese on pizza.

Step 12
Add your favorite pizza toppings.

Place pizza in the oven at 400⁰ F starting with 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
