Basil Alfredo Sauce
For the Tomato

2 tablespoonsunsalted butter

1onion
small, finely chopped

2cloves garlic
minced

1 cupheavy cream

1 cupcanned crushed tomatoes

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoonfresh basil
chopped

½ teaspoondried basil

¼ teaspoonred pepper flakes
optional, for heat

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Meatball Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but be careful not to overmix.
