Instructions
Step 1
Fry sausage in some olive oil
Step 2
Add fennel and onion, continue frying
Step 3
Add garlic and fennel seeds
Step 4
Deglaze with white wine
Step 5
Add stock cube, salt to taste. Check if fennel is cooked to your liking. I like some crunch left in there
Step 6
Finish sauce with cream, grated cheese, the tops of the fennels, dill/parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest
