If you don’t know what a dora cake is, they’re a popular Japanese sweet treat consisting of two fluffy pancakes sandwiched together with a sweet filling! Super simple, right?! - low carb - low sugar - grain free - gluten free - dairy free - high in protein - keto + paleo friendly Ingredients: 1/3 cup of Protein powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 2 eggs 5 Tbsp water *option to add sweetener to taste Method: Add everything into a blender and puree until you get a thick batter. Pour batter onto a heated / oiled skillet and cook as you would pancakes. Allow to cool before adding filling which is just greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative) mixed with your favorite cocoa powder and granulated sweetener to taste. *adjust measurement to preferred taste and thickness. The more cocoa powder you add the thicker it will be.
