Instructions

Step 1
Add a tbsp of Oil to the pan
Step 2
Add the Bacon and Gnocchi
Step 3
Whilst the Gnocchi and Bacon are cooking grate the Cheese
Step 4
When the Gnocchi is looking a bit brown and the Bacon lardons are slightly crispy, add the Chilli flakes and spring onions. Cook for a further 2 minutes
Step 5
Sprinkle the Cheese on top. Whilst the cheese is melting, mix the Greek yoghurt and Siracha in a bowl
