Step 1
Crush cornflakes in a freezer bag and place in bowl, add beaten egg to another bowl.
Step 2
Season breast with paprika, onion salt & garlic granules.
Step 3
Dip chicken breast in egg and crushed cornflakes.
Step 4
Spray with spray oil and cook in Airfryer for 12-15 mins
Step 5
Serve in brioche bun with lettuce, Caesar dressing, streaky bacon and freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
