Ingredients
6 servings
1.25 poundboneless chicken tenderloin
cubed
1can great Northern beans
1can black beans
1sweet kernel corn
canned
1 packagetaco seasoning
1 canchopped green chilies
3 stickscelery
thinly sliced
1 cancream of chicken
14 ouncecan chicken broth
0.5 bundlegreen onion
or less, chopped
sour cream
shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a 4 quart slow cooker.
Step 2
With beans and corn; Do not stir.
Step 3
In a Medium bowl, Combine taco seasoning, chilies, Cream of chicken and chicken broth.
Step 4
Pour mixture over top of ingredients in the crockpot; Do not Stir.
Step 5
Top with celery and green onion.
Step 6
Slowly and gently push celery and green onion into the mixture.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low for eight hours.
Step 8
Before serving, Stir gently to break up chicken.
Step 9
Serve topped with sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!
