80/20 lean

1 teaspoonworcestershire sauce
4white hamburger buns

room temperature
1 ½ teaspoonskosher salt
½ teaspoonpepper
4slices american cheese
2 cupsiceburg lettuce
shredded
8 slicesvine-ripe tomatoes
8brioche burger buns
Instructions
Step 1

Divide beef into 8 balls
Step 2

Grate half an onion
Step 3

Combine:
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Hot Sauce
Woshsheshter sauce
Onion
Step 4
Finely cut iceberg lettuce
Step 5
Thinly slice tomatoes
Step 6
Butter and fry halved burger buns over medium heat
Step 7

Start frying patties and swash them with baking paper until they're flat
Step 8

Add salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of the sauce

Scrape up the seared patty and clip them Add a slice of cheese to the top Add another patty on top of the cheese so they stick together

Add sauce to the bun, lettuce, 2 tomato slices, complete the burger

Make a triangle with paper by folding it in half diagonally, fold corners under the burger and then tuck in the 3rd corner into the back
