Instructions

Step 1
Try marinating a whole pork tenderloin in some harissa paste mixed with olive oil, crushed garlic and lemon juice and roast for 20 minutes at 200C (fan). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and pouring over the pan juices.
