4 cwater
6vegetable bouillon cubes
1 tsppepper
salt
to taste
Optional one or all up to you
Instructions
Step 1
To sauté pan add oil, onions, garlic, celery and carrots.
cook over medium high heat
sprinkle with salt.
Sauté until soft
Saute Pan
Step 2
to Soup Pot add all ingredients
Bring to a soft boil
Cook till potatoes are very soft

Blend soup till smooth
