California Wrap

Ingredients

1 leafred lettuce
or green
1 sliceturkey breast
1 sliceham
1 slicetomato
thin
1 sliceavocado
thin
1 teaspoonlime juice
1 leafwatercress
or arugula
1 tablespoonsugar-free Ranch dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Fan the lettuce leaf on a plate. Top with the turkey, ham, and tomato. In a small bowl, combine the avocado and lime juice, then spoon onto the tomato.
Step 2
Top with the watercress or arugula and dressing. Roll up and secure with a wooden pick.
