Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400f. Add oil, butter, herbs, and lemon juice in deep dish. Swirl together.
Step 2
Coat salmon fillets in melted butter/oil/herb mixture. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Add peas, orzo, coconut milk, and broth. Mix! Cover with foil and bake for 20 min.
Step 4
Add parm and spinach, mix together until the spinach wilts. Place salmon fillet on top of the orzos. Top with lemon slices and bake uncovered for 15-20 min.
